We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join us at Catalyst Care Group family. We provide therapeutic residential homes for young people requiring high levels of support. Our approach is trauma-informed and human-first, grounded in consistency, compassion, and purpose-driven care.

The CQC Registered Manager holds statutory responsibility for the leadership, management, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of the Teen Trek Post‑18 Transition Service.
Teen Trek is a specialist, trauma‑informed supported living and outreach service for young adults aged 18–25 leaving residential care, many of whom present with complex trauma histories, emotional vulnerability, and increased risk of self‑harm or mental health crisis.
The Registered Manager will ensure the service delivers safe, effective, compassionate, and well‑led care in line with the CQC Fundamental Standards, enabling young people to transition into adulthood with stability, dignity, and sustained support.

Oversee full regulatory compliance, including CQC registration, inspections, statutory reporting, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage operational delivery and budgets effectively, ensuring staffing levels and resources align with assessed needs and deliver value for money.
Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled workforce, providing supervision, training, and ongoing wellbeing support.
Maintain robust safeguarding and risk management systems, including dynamic risk assessments and effective crisis response planning.
Lead a comprehensive quality assurance framework, ensuring audits, incident reviews, and outcome monitoring drive service improvements.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Local Authorities, mental health services, housing providers, and other stakeholders to support positive outcomes.
Participate in the on-call rota and take decisive leadership during incidents, emergencies, and safeguarding concerns.
