Asset Appraisal and Disposals Lead

About this role

t’s an exciting time to be joining us. We own or manage around 7,000 homes across North Somerset, Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire and in Sedgemoor.

We have a diverse housing portfolio, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated property specialist to lead and coordinate our full property disposals process, providing high levels of support and guidance while representing Alliance Homes in a positive, professional, and proactive manner.

You will appraise asset data to identify poorly performing properties and investment opportunities and provide overall coordination of our disposals programme.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organisation to meet corporate goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained. You will be responsible for maintaining an effective, accessible, organised and up to date portfolio of documents relating to disposals ensuring that comprehensive records are maintained.

This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience to make this new role their own.

About You

With the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex asset disposal projects with tight deadlines, you will have strong technical experience of appraising properties.

With reporting acumen and analytical skills, you can evaluate data, market condition and potential risks to make informed decisions.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle or alternative reliable transport is required.
