Public Health Staff Nurse 0-19 | Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust

CYP Public Health West Dorset Team is looking for a motivated registered nurse to join our dynamic and innovative 0-19 service. The post holder will work alongside our health visitors and school nurses to deliver the Healthy Child Programme to families with children aged 0-19.

As a Public Health Staff Nurse 0 - 19, you will participate in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and will work in partnership with children, young people and families in environments such as family hubs, clinic settings, family’s homes and schools including early years settings. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and packages of care to people on an allocated caseload; promoting independence and autonomy; working within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role is a part-time post of 22.5 per week, Monday to Friday. these hours can be worked flexibly, such as working condensed hours or smaller hours covering five days. This can be discussed further at interview stage. This role offers hybrid working with remote home working and covering the Bridport locality.
