About the Role
Kingsmead Academy is seeking a reliable and committed Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the academy, helping to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
You will work collaboratively as part of the site team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

We are looking for someone who
Has knowledge of basic cleaning methods, equipment and materials
Can follow instructions, processes and health & safety procedures
Demonstrates strong organisational skills and can prioritise tasks effectively
Is able to work both independently and as part of a team
Has a positive approach and an interest in working within an education environment
Is committed to equality, inclusion and continuous improvement
About Kingsmead Academy
Kingsmead Academy is an 11–16 school located in the heart of the community, close to Taunton, Wellington and the M5. The school has approximately 900 students and benefits from excellent facilities, including a unique on-site farm supporting land-based learning at Key Stage 4.
