We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join a busy and active lunch time team to support children with lunchtimes both indoors and outside on the playground or our large field.

This vital role involves supporting pupils during the lunch break, promoting good behaviour, encouraging healthy eating, and ensuring the playground is a fun and secure space for all.

About you

You will have

good relationship-building skills and able to proactively engage with students and other staff members.

strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrates empathy and active listening.

the ability to deal with inappropriate behaviour in a calm and non-judgemental way, following academy guidance.
