Our client, a reputable dealership in Plymouth, is actively seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional vehicle repairs and servicing to a diverse range of clients.

Vehicle Technician role
- Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, dependent on experience
- OTE (On Target Earnings) up to £45,000 with performance-based bonuses
- Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- One in four Saturdays, paid at overtime rates
- Overtime paid at time and a half

Duties of the Vehicle Technician
- Conduct routine servicing and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately and efficiently
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment, including systems for hybrid and electric vehicles
- Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain precise service and repair documentation
- Advise customers on vehicle conditions and recommended maintenance
Indvidual requirements
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a proven track record
- Experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles (desirable)
- MOT Tester certification (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence
