About this role
We are looking for a Shop and Post Office Assistant for our village shop based in St Ann’s Chapel.
Main responsibilities will include
- Using shops POS System and Post Office Horizon.
- Handling banking and postage.
- Stocking shelves and helping with deliveries.
- Keeping the store clean and tidy.
- Serving customers.
The main requirements we are looking for are
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to do some heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and reach lower shelves.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Have basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- A valid driving license and car so you’re able to travel to work.
- Basic computer skills.
- DBS check.
Full training will be given upon employment.
