St Jude’s Care is looking for a calm, organised, and confident Out of Hours On-Call Handler to support our care teams and clients during evenings and weekends.
You’ll be the first point of contact for urgent issues — coordinating support, solving problems, and helping ensure safe, high-quality care continues around the clock.
No two shifts are the same, and no hands-on care is required.
You’ll Need to Be
✔ Experienced in Health & Social Care
✔ Calm under pressure
✔ Great on the phone
✔ Confident making decisions
✔ Comfortable working independently from home
