We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of a well-established hotel which is part of an expanding hotel group, and we’re keen to speak with experienced candidates who are ready for their next step.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
- Ability to support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate junior staff
- Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen compliance
- Experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen environment preferred
