| Responsibilities |
| The Counsellor will be responsible for the professional delivery of services, ensuring clinical effectiveness within a hybrid framework: Clinical Intervention: Provide tailored 1:1 counselling within a 6-session limit, focusing on short-term, solution-focused models for students in Bath. Hybrid Service Delivery: Manage a caseload consisting of both in-person sessions at the Bath campus and remote therapeutic work. Outcomes Monitoring: Systematically administer clinical outcome measures like CORE10 to monitor treatment effectiveness across all delivery modes. Safeguarding: Adhere to risk assessment and safeguarding protocols for both face-to-face and remote student interactions. |
| Requirements |
| Accredited membership with BACP and experience in short-term therapeutic models. Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid capacity, including travel to Bath for in-person sessions. Proven ability to manage a regular caseload and adapt to session limits (max 6 per student). Professional liability insurance covering both in-person and remote clinical work. A minimum of 300 clinical hours and regular supervision. |
