Be able to create visuals with data in order to aid discussions around change. Consolidate and manage data returns to support or underpin project activity Communications and relationships Develop excellent working relationships with our providers and across primary care. Manage the primary care email inbox and route correspondence appropriately. Assist the team with stakeholder engagement by developing update reports and maintaining contact databases. Support project and programme meetings, ensuring that documentation is accessible and appropriately shared. Improving quality and outcomes To enable the effective participation by all stakeholder organisations in the Alliance Maintain and manage key stakeholder contact list for the programme to ensure that key communications are appropriately targeted To lead on appropriate projects as required thereby supporting the improvements in access and outcomes for cancer patients and their families in the primary care or community context. Support, maintain and communicate key project outcomes and lessons learnt. To work collaboratively across the NHS England/Improvement and with the Devon & Cornwall IoS ICS Enabling patient and public involvement To act as a champion for patients and their interests and involve the public and patients in the policy development and decision-making of the programme To ensure all public and patient contact with the office is of the highest professional standard. Partnership and cross boundary working Work with GP Advisors in supporting their activities within the programme To work in partnership with statutory organisations, the voluntary sector (including Macmillan Cancer Support) and established patient/carer and community groups. Leadership for transformational change To model a collaborative and influencing style of working, negotiating with others to achieve the best outcomes. Embedding this approach across the Directorate. Key Accountabilities The post-holder is expected to take responsibility for delivery against this job description and annual objectives as agreed in objective setting and appraisal meetings.
