Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring they can fully participate in all aspects of school life
• Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans that address the unique needs of each student

• Assist with personal care activities such as toileting, feeding, and mobility as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities, either in a school or relevant care setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills to address the diverse needs of students
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children with special needs
• A recognised qualification in education, childcare, or a related field, or a willingness to work towards one
