I’m returning from convalescing in India and need support when I get back (ideally in early March )to live my best life, to get me going in the morning and help with food preparation, doing laundry once a week in a communal laundrette in the building, and some housework.

And to help set me up for making paintings.The hours are 8.30 to 10.30am.If you can do any mornings get in touch.No heavy lifting
