Our fixed 2-week rolling rota allows you to submit your availability upfront, giving you consistency, stability, and a better work-life balance—while still meeting the needs of the people we support.
We’re now looking for kind, reliable Community Care Workers to support people across Tiverton, Cullompton and surrounding rural areas—helping them live safely and independently in their own homes.

Structured 2-week rota – know your shifts in advance
Alternate weekend availability required to ensure continuity of care
Choose what works for you – salaried OR casual contracts available
Paid travel time + 23p per mile mileage

Supportive team – always at the end of the phone
Full paid training provided – no experience needed
Your role
You’ll deliver compassionate, person-centred care, including
Personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting meals, hydration and nutrition
Building meaningful relationships and companionship
Light household tasks based on care plans
Medication support (after training)
Moving and handling (including hoists)
Catheter care (if trained)
Lone working safely within risk assessments
Accurate digital care recording
Reporting any concerns or safeguarding issues
You’ll also complete a paid 3-day induction, including classroom learning, shadowing, and hands-on preparation to set you up for success.

Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel across Tiverton, Cullompton & surrounding areas
Availability to work alternate weekends
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to complete training and an enhanced DBS
