Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit caring and reliable full-time Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team in the following areas Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Sherborne, Blandford Forum (north), Warminster (south), Tisbury, Wilton, Chalke Valley and surrounding areas

The role involves supporting people in their own homes with day-to-day care and helping them maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their local community.

Our full-time positions are ideal for both individuals starting a new career in care and experienced carers looking to join a supportive and professional team.

At our dedicated training facility in Shaftesbury, staff benefit from hands-on, scenario-based induction and ongoing training to build confidence and skills.

Pay and benefits

Basic rate

up to £14.53 per hour

NVQ Level 2

up to £15.14 per hour

NVQ Level 3

up to £15.69 per hour

Paid travel time between visits

40p per mile for those using their own vehicle

Company car available for those committing to 30+ hours per week

Ongoing training and support

Hours

Monday - Sunday

Morning shifts

starting from 7.00am until 10.00am/11.00am

Evening shifts

starting from 4.00pm until 10.00pm

Essential requirements
