About the Position

Bristol’s commercial freight links and port-side distribution activity continue to support marine logistics and offshore supply operations across the south west. We are now looking for a Terminal Logistics Operative to assist with warehouse handling, dispatch preparation, and operational support duties.

This is a hands-on role offering structured rotations, full training, and long-term offshore-linked work opportunities.

Earnings ranging from £4,800 to £6,200 monthly

Fixed 2-on / 2-off rotational pattern

Key Responsibilities

Supporting cargo preparation and dispatch operations

Assisting with logistics and stock movement activities

Carrying out warehouse organisation duties

Checking shipments against operational paperwork

Helping maintain safe terminal working procedures

Supporting offshore supply scheduling activities

Your Profile

Warehouse, freight, or logistics experience beneficial

Comfortable working within active operational environments

Able to carry out physically demanding tasks

Good reliability and timekeeping standards

Team-focused and safety-conscious approach

Willingness to work offshore rotations

Mandatory Safety Requirements

OSR-1 Requirement

Completion of the OSR-1 offshore safety assessment is mandatory during recruitment.
