The Role

We’re looking for a Sous Chef level team member who’s as comfortable leading a service as they are jumping on prep, washing down, and generally keeping the wheels turning in a busy but supportive kitchen. This is not a brigade-style kitchen with layers of hierarchy — you’ll be working directly alongside the owners and be part of the core team that shapes the pub’s growth.

Key Qualities We’re Looking For

A strong all-rounder with solid kitchen experience

Confident running a service when required

Happy to get stuck in with all aspects of kitchen work, from prep to cleaning

Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and improvements

Able to take real ownership and pride in the food served

An interest in developing with us as we grow the business
