What You’ll Be Doing We’re recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team. You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes. You may be supporting clients with: Mental health needs Limited mobility Nonverbal communication Companionship needs Down syndrome OCD tendencies Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Speech impediments Cerebral palsy

Your daily role could include

Supporting with personal care and household tasks Helping with shopping and community activities Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car) Encouraging social engagement and hobbies Administering medication Promoting independence and wellbeing Every day is different — and every day makes a difference.
