The Role
You are the heartbeat of the restaurant’s success. Leading by example, you’ll oversee daily operations with precisionâfrom managing stock and controlling costs to mentoring your team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the GM to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride, consistency, and that signature \"Hospitality Magic.\"

Proven Leadership
 Solid experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced environment.
