Ongoing tramping work

Smart Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join a busy Waste & Recycling operation in the Bristol / Avonmouth area.

The Role

Collect loaded materials from Avonmouth

Deliver to Mitcham for unloading

Reload with materials for Avonmouth

Return and repeat throughout your shift

Drop & swap only – no handball involved

Complete daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork

Follow all driver hours, tachograph, and road safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence

Valid CPC Qualification

Valid Digital Tacho Card

Good understanding of driver hours and transport regulations

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable with trunking / repetitive route work
