Support Worker
We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team in Totnes for ad hoc shifts available as and when required.
Pay Rate
£12.71 per hour, plus holiday pay benefits.
This role involves supporting clients within their own homes on a 2:1 basis, helping them to live independently and maintain their daily routines.
Duties Include
- Providing person-centred support in the client's home
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting clients with personal care where required
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working effectively as part of a 2:1 support team
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Up-to-date mandatory care training certificates
- Previous experience in a support worker or care role
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to care
