Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

In this role you will

• Support the Cook in providing a range of nutritious meals.
• Carry out basic food preparation tasks such as vegetables and salads.
• Serve meals, clearing away and washing up, ensuring food preparation areas are kept clean and tidy whilst adhering to infection control and hygiene policies.
• Have the ability to provide shift cover as required including weekends.

You should be able to use a range of food preparation and cleaning equipment with an understanding of basic food hygiene and health and safety requirements. Good communication skills with the ability to complete written records. Driving licence with use of own vehicle is desirable as travel to sites across Bournemouth/Poole/Christchurch will be required.
