We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to lead the Families First Partnership on an interim basis. Responsibilities

Lead the overall management and delivery of the Families First Partnership programme ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Develop and implement programme plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective project delivery within set parameters.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.

Monitor and evaluate programme performance using key indicators to inform continuous improvement.

Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for senior management and funding bodies to communicate progress and outcomes.

Manage risks and issues proactively to mitigate potential impacts on programme delivery.

Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in programme management, preferably within family services or related community sectors.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders effectively.

Excellent organisational and project management abilities, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in report writing and presentations.

Ability to evaluate complex programme data and produce actionable insights for decision-making.

Flexibility to work on an interim basis and manage change in dynamic environments.
