Summary
We are seeking Clinical Support Staff to join our team at Elite Care Agency. In this role, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care in their homes. Your contributions will be vital in helping us fulfill our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
Assist healthcare professionals in delivering personal care and support.
Implement and monitor care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Have a mobile phone, to use the Care Plans APP.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Support clients with mobility and manouvering as and when required.
Administer first aid when necessary and ensure a safe environment for clients.
Requirements
Experience in patient care or a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and senior care practices is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
Willingness to undertake training in first aid and other relevant areas.

We need bank hours an these are 5 -20 hours a month in advance of 2 weeks. To include some alternative weekend work.
We also need Carers for Permanent hours of 08.00 - 14.00 & Evening of 16.00 - 21.30 or 17.30 - 22.00, also required on alternative weekends.
