Key Responsibilities

Provide 1

1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Encourage independence and confidence within the classroom
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or transferable experience)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential
