IPS Group are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a driven and relationship-focused Finance Account Manager to join their Premium Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys managing broker relationships, driving growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Finance Account Manager, you will take ownership of an allocated broker portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships. You will be responsible for driving both retention and growth, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly volume and case targets.

The role includes identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new brokers with a seamless approach, and promoting the full range of products through confident, value-driven engagement.

You will develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise portfolio performance, focusing on increasing market penetration, profitability, and sustainable growth. Alongside this, you will proactively manage broker relationships through regular communication, renewal conversations, and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Using management information and performance data, you will continuously review your portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement and responding effectively to challenges.

The position also involves working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes, managing escalations professionally, and representing the business at relevant industry events and networking opportunities when required. Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards will be a key part of your responsibilities.

About You

The ideal person will have previous experience in sales or account management, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding target – Preferably from within a regulated industry.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

A self-motivated, proactive approach is key due to the nature of this role, along with the ability to manage your own workload and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
