Salary
£27,000 to £31,000 per annum

The Role
In this role, you will be working as part of an already successful team in an important support role for our field-based engineering team.
Duties include
- Scheduling and co-ordination of service calls
- General office administration
- Processing of job-sheets, quotes, orders etc.
- First point of contact for enquiries, communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Identifying new and existing customers’ requirements and advising them of the best solution in a professional manner
- Ordering of stock
- Preparing sales estimates

- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new IT systems
