About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our school. Reporting to the School Operations Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include
School admission administration
Creating and updating spreadsheets and databases
Collecting, collating, and managing key information
Photocopying resources and contacting parents as needed
Producing, scanning, and uploading documents
Supporting wider administrative tasks across the school
This is a varied and rewarding role. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, initiative and a commitment to excellence.
About you
You’re personable, approachable and thrive in a busy environment. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail even when juggling multiple tasks.
We’re looking for someone who
Has experience working in a general office environment and administrative procedures
Is confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases
Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, students, parents and the wider community
Can manage competing deadlines with support from your line manager
Is eager to learn and contribute to a positive school culture
Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
