We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Penzance.

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
• Encourage pupils to achieve their full potential

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching
• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
