We are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers across all subject specialisms to work within a range of supportive and welcoming secondary schools across Plymouth.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we have opportunities available to suit your needs, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Monitor and assess student progress
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

We're Looking For Teachers Who

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have strong subject knowledge within their specialist area
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
  • Are adaptable, professional and reliable
  • Have a passion for education and supporting young people
  • Can quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
