KIMS Hospital is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Clinical Administrator to join our busy Outpatients Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our Outpatients service. Acting as a central point of contact for patients, consultants, and colleagues, you will provide comprehensive administrative support whilst ensuring every patient receives a warm, welcoming, and professional experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and professional administrative service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.
  • Manage high-volume telephone enquiries, directing calls efficiently and always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support clinic administration, including appointment bookings, clinic preparation and documentation management.
  • Process and maintain accurate patient information and departmental records.
  • Assist with audits, quality improvement activities and departmental compliance requirements.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience in an administrative, reception or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
