Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general snagging and finishing works
• Basic carpentry (adjustments, small installations, repairs)
• Minor maintenance and repair tasks across site
• Supporting site trades when required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site regulations

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience in a similar on-site role
• Good all-round practical skills
• Own tools preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
