We're working with specialist schools across Alton that are looking for caring, motivated individuals to join their teams as SEN Teaching Assistants on both a flexible and long-term basis.

Training, guidance, and ongoing support will be available from day one.

  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support
  • Helping students engage with learning activities
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal development

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping young people overcome challenges and achieve success both academically and personally.
