We are seeking a personable and reliable Barista/General Assistant to join our front-of-house team in a professional corporate catering setting.
This dual-role position combines high-quality coffee service with general food service in one of our front-of-house environments, ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients and guests.
We are looking for someone who plays a key role in delivering efficient, friendly service across coffee stations, restaurants, and occasional hospitality areas, while also supporting general catering duties as required throughout the day.
The Role
Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard using barista equipment and maintaining strong product knowledge
Deliver warm, professional customer service, building rapport with regular clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Support the setup, service, and clear-down of meetings and events, ensuring rooms are clean, presentable, and fully stocked
Assist with the presentation and service of food in grab-and-go or buffet formats in line with portion control standards
Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times during service and preparation
Carry out general cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and tidy front-of-house environment
Restock service areas and assist with basic food preparation as required
Work closely with chefs, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery throughout the day
