Overview
MadiganGill Resource Limited is seeking an experienced and professional Account Manager to oversee logistics and construction-related security contracts. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery, operational performance, and client satisfaction across allocated sites.
The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, organisational and operational skills, capable of managing client expectations while supporting the wider operational team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across allocated logistics and construction security contracts
- Attend client meetings and site visits on a regular basis - weekly/biweekly
- Present monthly operational reports, including KPIs, performance updates, incidents, staffing levels, and service improvements
- Ensure all contractual requirements and client expectations are consistently met
- Support the Operations Director with operational and administrative tasks as required
- Assist with mobilisation of new contracts and ongoing operational improvements
- Monitor officer performance, attendance, welfare and site standards
- Conduct regular audits, inspections and compliance checks across sites
- Investigate incidents and ensure reports are completed accurately and within required timescales
- Assist with rota management, recruitment support and staffing coverage where required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date
- Liaise with clients, site teams and internal departments professionally and effectively
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence
- Previous experience within the security industry
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Good understanding of logistics and/or construction environments
- Ability to present operational figures and KPI data professionally
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- CSCS Card
Desirable Requirements
- Construction site experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of Biosite and MSite systems advantageous
- Experience working within logistics security operations
