What You'll Do
- Lead in the delivery of change initiatives and projects, whilst ensuring changes are aligned to the overall organisational goals and objectives.
- Design and implement project plans, including communication, training and support strategies, ensuring to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of plans.
- Develop and manage timelines, resources and deliverables related to the change.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive buy-in for change initiatives.
- Assess the impact of changes on people, process and technology, ensuring to capture and effectively manage any issues/risks that may arise.
- Develop and tailor communications to various levels of the organisation to ensure clear and consistent communications regarding the change vision, objectives and progress.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives to ensure objectives are met within scope, budget and timelines whilst regularly reporting change readiness, adoption levels and progress to senior leadership.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the change initiatives ensuring to capture lessons learned and best practise to improve future change efforts.
How You'll Do It
- Change Management Knowledge/Expertise – Proven experience in change management including (but not limited to) agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management – Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills – Strong planning, organisational and execution skills, whilst being able to comfortably manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Problem Solving – Quick thinking and the ability to address challenges, mitigate risks and any blockers that may arise during the change process.
- Leadership – Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage people through the change.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organisation.
