immediate start for handover, one year in the first instance, may be extended.
Duties
Manage email inboxes across multiple teams,
Manage team correspondence,
Organise meetings and diary management,
Compile information for service reports
Compile monthly work in progress reports and issue completion notices,
Assist with monthly service payment register,
Coordinate monthly permit scheme report,
Complete monthly audits,
Draft and distribute subcontract renewal agreements,
Raise subcontract and workshop purchase orders,
Draft and send Excusing Cause letters,
Log contractual correspondence and assist in compiling contracts,
Distribute accrual and deaccrual notices,
Experience
Must have a strong administrative background from within construction or similar industrial sector with a good technical aptitude,
Must have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work consistently on own initiative, to deadlines.
Must have high level of accuracy, attention to detail and computer literacy including Excel.
Must be able to work proactively as part of a team and be happy to proactively engage and communicate with all levels.
Salary
£13.46 per hour, equating to £28,000 per annum
