Duties
Working in both occupied and unoccupied domestic and commercial premises, undertaking maintenance and repairs services to include:
Diagnosing and rectifying faults, reporting and issues to supervisors
Working to standards and health and safety,
Maintaining tools, plant, equipment and vehicle,
Maintaining communications with the customer to keep them updated on progress,
Using PDA to maintain accurate records and take photographs of works,
Experience
Must have minimum Level 2 plumbing qualifications and at least 7 years trade experience plus tiling.
Must be competent with all aspects of bathroom installation, have the ability to use both a press gun and a pipe freezing kit and be willing to work with rainwater goods when required.
Must have good communication and customer service skill and the ability to use a PDA.
Must be organised and able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Must have a full driver’s license.
This role will be subject to a DBS Clearance.
Salary
£36145.29 per annum plus benefits and call out premium
