We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Liss, working with male and female adults who have learning disabilities, Down's syndrome, and varying levels of support needs from low to high. The individuals we support require assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, medication, and mobility. They take part in a diverse range of activities, such as monthly discos, arts and crafts, shopping trips, dining out, cinema and bowling visits, karaoke, day trips (including to London), and holidays.

Full time positions available – 39 hours per week

All candidates must be able to work at weekends
