Consultant Breast Surgeon

The appointee will join the Breast and Surgical Oncology Team as a Consultant Surgeon, offering breast surgery and will be expected to participate in all facets of departmental activity. A full-time substantive consultant breast surgical post of 10 PA (8 DCC+2 SPA) is available, covering: Largely based at Queen Alexandra Hospital the successful post holder with deliver Breast Clinics, MDT Meetings and Breast, Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Queen Alexandra Hospital but also provide out-patient breast clinics or theatre sessions once or twice a week at St. Marys Hospital, Isle of Wight. Full participation in teaching, audit and research will be expected.
