Part-time (22.5 hours per week)This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Old Barn, a registered care home for four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment.About the role
