Production Operative

HRGO are recruiting experienced Production Operatives on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern facility with a friendly and supportive team environment. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

• Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm

Please note

Due to the location, all applicants must drive and have access to their own transport. Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential.

Duties will include

• Operating on a production line
• Assembling components using small handheld tools
• Maintaining a consistent and accurate work pace
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Carrying out heavy lifting where required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will

• Have previous production or manufacturing experience
• Be reliable with good communication skills
• Be able to work quickly and accurately
• Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Hold a valid driving licence and have your own transport

Desirable (but not essential)

• Forklift licence
