About the role

As a Warehouse Associate with expertise in logistics and operations, you will collaborate with our client's Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, packaging, and distribution of products while maintaining high safety, quality, and performance standards.

Interview Process

Stage 1 - Onsite interview with Hiring Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Picking and packing client orders to meet business targets.
• Receiving deliveries and accurately storing goods using inventory systems.
• Following production orders for packaging requirements, including setup and clean-down.
• Completing GMP paperwork with precision and within timelines.
• Conducting inventory checks, cycle counts, and waste management.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supporting internal and external customer delivery expectations.
• Maintaining high housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety regulations (PPE provided).
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through Lean processes (PPI).
• Reporting health & safety risks, incidents, and near misses to management.
• Assisting with additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Other stuff we're potentially looking for

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• IT literate with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.
• Comfortable working in ambient, chilled, and frozen (-20°C) environments.
