Culture and Leadership Partner - SCAS Wide

Culture and Leadership Partner Role Summary As a senior leader within South Central Ambulance Service, you will champion a positive, inclusive organisational culture and drive impactful leadership initiatives aligned to the People and Wellbeing strategy. You will lead and deliver key culture and leadership programmesfrom design and consultation through to implementation and evaluationensuring they are evidence-based, inclusive and deliver measurable outcomes. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will engage and influence stakeholders, facilitate leadership development, and support teams through coaching and consultancy. Youll play a key role in embedding equality, diversity and inclusion across all workstreams, while using data insights to continuously improve and demonstrate impact. This role requires strong project management, communication and facilitation skills, alongside the ability to motivate others, challenge constructively and lead change. Acting as an ambassador for the Culture and Leadership function, you will contribute to building a high-performing, values-driven workforce that delivers excellent outcomes for patients, staff and the wider community.
