General Manager

General Manager - Monday - Friday - £40,000 + bonus

We are looking for an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee a high profile client space in the heart of Covent Garden!

With two unique sites, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a small-team environment and enjoys taking full ownership of a premium space. It’s an ideal role for someone stepping into their first General Manager position or looking to further refine the detail and day-to-day excellence of a close-knit pantry operation

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day running of 1 site ensuring a seamless client experience whilst managing 1 direct report in the second local site

Take full ownership of the free issue pantry areas ensuring they are fully stocked organised and presented to a premium standard

Lead by example with a hands on approach to all tasks

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients

Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a leadership role in a premium hospitality /catering background

Confidence working within a small team and taking ownership of a site

Strong organisational and leadership skills

A proactive hands on approach with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
