We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative and employee-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.

Respond to employee queries and provide administrative HR support.

Assist with attendance, leave, and absence tracking.

Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee information.

Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.

Requirements

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Previous administrative or office experience.

Experience supporting recruitment or HR activities.

CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
