About this role

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an efficient, focused administrative service, supporting the achievement of the service and to organise and plan the work of administrative and secretarial services across the range of administrative functions that underpin the patient pathway

The post holder must be comfortable working with varied professional groups.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.

· Open and close referrals for South Core Team , ensuring accurate and timely processing.

· Manage waiting lists for assessments across all teams, keeping data up to date and prioritised.

· Schedule assessment appointments and send appointment letters, reminders, and follow-up communications.

· Take minutes for the Unmanaged Risk Forum, Personalities Team Business Meeting, and South Core service meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and tracked.

· Provide administrative support to South Core team including maintaining records, updating systems, and preparing documents.

· Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and information-governance standards.
