About this role
We are looking for an administrator to work in the
NLFT Talking Therapies Service
Camden and complete the range of administrative tasks required in the service including processing referrals, booking appointments, reception duty, data entry, dealing with out-going and in-coming post, answering the phone, dealing with emails, and liaising with patients, GPs and the clinical team.
The successful candidate will have proven administrative skills and the ability to work at pace and use their own initiative. You will also bring experience of providing an excellent service to patients. Knowledge of using our bespoke IAPTUS and Rio databases are desirable.
Main duties includes
To provide a full range of high-quality administrative support to the service line teams
· To accurately type correspondence and reports, summaries and other documents, both clinical and general.
· To prepare and edit presentations using appropriate software packages.
To manage diaries of allocated managers/professionals appropriately.
· To use initiative appropriately to deal with and prioritise post and telephone calls.
· To deal with all administrative duties to support the operation of the service line.
· To provide, in conjunction with other administration staff, cross cover for other administrators/clinical support workers during periods of heavy work pressure or absence.
· To implement and follow relevant polices relating to secretarial and administrative duties.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the appropriate manager.
