As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee, plan, organise and coordinate all service-line activities, ensuring the standards detailed within the Service Level Agreement and contract schedules are achieved, maintained and continually developed.

The Role

Oversee and coordinate daily service delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed Specification and Scope of Works.

Manage continuous improvements, taking corrective action where required and reporting performance issues to management.

Implement, review and report on robust health and safety procedures.

Manage rosters, schedules and allocation of work to meet client requirements efficiently.

Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring all work requests are actioned and recorded.

Conduct daily inspections and communicate audit actions and feedback to the team.

Liaise with management on changes to service requirements, including ad hoc works and resource needs.

Lead and support the team, including training new staff and covering management duties when required.

About You

A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA licence

PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the industry.

Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work on own initiative with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to build credible relationships with management and clients, and challenge when necessary.
