What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering small group and one-to-one literacy and numeracy interventions
- Supporting children with SEND, EAL or additional needs to thrive
- Assisting classroom teachers in lesson delivery and behaviour strategy
- Tracking, reporting, and celebrating pupil progress every week
- Contributing to the creative curriculum in arts, STEM, and projects
